Service the commercial suites, loading dock, and food hall as well as maintain the perimeter of the building in downtown Portland

Position Requirements:
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED Required
Strong computer / technology skills needed for access control duties
Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
High level officer with previous security experience preferred
Must have strong customer service skills and be able to do patrols
High profile client, must have professional appearance
