Description Brittany Bui with Robert Half is inviting applications for the role of Tax Senior in the public accounting sector. This role is based in Tigard, Oregon and involves overseeing the preparation of business and individual income tax returns, and providing client assistance with accounting and bookkeeping services. Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of business and individual income tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws. Provide exceptional client service by assisting with accounting and bookkeeping services. Prepare and maintain depreciation schedules for accurate tax reporting. Conduct review and compilation services to ensure all financial statements and reports are accurate and comply with laws and regulations. Utilize tax preparation software, such as UltraTax CS, to streamline the tax preparation process. Leverage skills in partnership tax returns and individual tax return preparation to enhance service delivery. Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action as necessary. Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Job Order: 03600-0013050847Requirements Must hold a Bachelors / Honours Degree in Accounting Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in tax roles Proficiency in preparing Partnership Tax Returns Experience in preparing Individual Tax Returns Working knowledge of Ultratax CS software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Proactive in keeping abreast of new tax laws and regulations Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills High level of integrity and professionalism.
