Job Title: PainterJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled painter to join our team. This role involves operating industrial painting equipment, reading blueprints, mixing and prepping paint, and preparing parts for painting. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean workstation and communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to ensure a safe and productive work environment.Responsibilities

Safely set up and operate industrial painting equipment.

Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.

Mix and prep paint to ensure consistent color and texture across all parts.

Prepare parts by masking, cleaning, and deburring.

Maintain a clean workstation.

Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.

Operate overhead cranes to move parts.

Essential Skills

Industrial painting and/or powder coating experience on metal parts.

Ability to read blueprints.

Capability to walk, stand, and lift parts up to 50lbs for the entire shift.

Punctuality and reliable transportation.

Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ability to wear PPE such as a full mask.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with mixing paint, sanding, and using spray guns.

Knowledge of epoxy, airless sprayers, and polyurethane.

The swing shift is Monday to Thursday, 4:30pm to 2:30am, with a training schedule during the day shift (Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm) for 1-2 weeks. PPE such as a full mask is required.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, Oregon.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $31.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
