Administrative AssistantResponsibilities:

Maintains and effectively utilizes company human resource information/management systems (HRIS/HRMS) and compiles reports from databases as needed.

Files physical and electronic documents to the appropriate locations and follows up with managers and/or employees as needed.

Assists Director of Human Resources & Training and Development with various projects.

May create posters, bulletins, correspondence, and company related HR material, when required.

Assists with planning and coordinating recognition programs, holiday celebrations, and other company events or programs.

Provides administrative support to human resource team and other team members, as needed.

Requirements:

Associate degree, OR 2 years administrative experience, preferably in HR

Work experience which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above described essential functions.

Ability to hold information in a confidential manner

Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities; plan and organize daily tasks; meet set deadlines; ability to follow through; work effectively with little or no supervision; Effective verbal and written communication; ability to establish and maintain positive team relationships.

Ability to speak, read, and write English at the level necessary to successfully perform assigned responsibilities.
