Description Bridget Killen with Robert Half is looking for an Accounting Clerk in Stayton, Oregon. The successful candidate will be integral in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, making it a dynamic and engaging position within our team. Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software.
Accounts Payable: Process invoices and maintain payable records.
Accounts Receivable: Record customer payments and transactions.
Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements with the general ledger.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records.
Audit Support: Provide documentation for audits.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports.
Expense Reports: Process and verify expense reports.
Communication: Liaise with vendors and customers about billing and payments.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
