Our team is characterized by friendliness, passion, and a strong work ethic, creating an environment that is both dynamic and enjoyable.We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a key position on our Enterprise Success team as an Enterprise Relationship Manager at our Sherwood, OR office. This dynamic position entails regular online meetings and in-person visits with our esteemed clientele. As an Enterprise Relationship Manager, you will be entrusted with the support of WineDirect's largest and most diverse group of clients, playing a crucial role in maintaining expertise, offering valuable insights on platform functionality, and establishing best practices for businesses operating within the wine industry. Serving as the primary point of contact for our winery partners, you will collaborate closely with internal support and development teams, as well as key winery contacts, to optimize client workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Upholding exemplary standards of professionalism and dedication, you will cultivate strong client relationships, delighting customers and fostering long-term loyalty. Success in this role demands outstanding verbal and written communication skills, a demonstrated aptitude for collaborative development, and the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment where priorities may shift swiftly.What you be doing:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their advocate within WineDirect.

Proactively identify and report system errors, bugs, and enhancement ideas to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Conduct regular online meetings and on-site visits with clients to provide support, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with clients to develop and implement programs for platform enhancements based on their needs and vision.

Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for further improvements.

Document client interactions, progress, and feedback for internal reference and reporting purposes.

Participate in sales opportunities as needed, leveraging your expertise to support business development efforts.

Actively engage in internal and client team meetings to ensure alignment and effective project management.

Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:Candidates must possess a highly developed sense of empathy, with a focus on ensuring the best experience for our partners, clients, and the end-consumer.

3+ years of experience in training and/or public speaking, preferably in software technology.

Strong understanding of the wine industry and experience with the WineDirect platform is highly desirable.

Proven track record as a technical trainer with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.

Highly motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented team player.

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering tangible results.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
