Work in close collaboration with physicians, other advanced practice clinicians, a nutritionist, a clinical pharmacist, behaviorist and other professionals according to the principles of the patient-centered medical home. 2 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Oregon Medical License RN & NP
BLS or ACLS for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association
