WHO WE ARE:
Woodward Heating, Air & Plumbing has been serving the Willamette Valley since 1989. Our company is second generation family owned and operated. WHAT WE NEED:
We are currently hiring installers to join our retro-fit and new construction departments. Must have a positive attitude, team oriented, mechanically inclined, and knowledge of construction. Experience is preferred, but not required.
KEY TASKS:
- Efficiently install gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, zoning, etc
- Efficient install round pipe and square ducting
- Efficiently install black iron and csst gas lines
- Maneuver in crawl spaces
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Be creative while thinking on the fly
- Maintain a clean work van inside and out
- Accurately fill out work orders with detail
- Maintain a clean and valid driving record
- Provide 5 star customer service
EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
Lead installers must be able to properly install and commission new installations, and have a minimum of (3) years install experience. A lead position may require training new hires with no experience. Apprentice does not require experience as we will train the right candidate(s).
