RV Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic tests and inspections on RVs to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Repair and maintain RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
- Install and repair RV components, such as awnings, slide-outs, and leveling systems
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and battery replacements
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Solder and weld components as needed for repairs
- Perform auto body repairs on RVs, including fiberglass repair and painting
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an RV technician or in a related field (auto mechanic, electrician, plumber)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Knowledge of RV systems and components
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
