Traditional Auto Body, a locally owned business since 1987 is currently hiring for a Collision Estimator.
Candidates must have experience with CCC One Estimating software, excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greeting customers promptly and professionally and have the ability to capture potential business.
Assess vehicle damage and provide accurate estimates to customers.
Schedule jobs based on the type and length of repairs.
Complete vehicle check-in with customers; ensuring customer authorizations are signed and intake photos are completed.
Assign vehicles to technicians for repair.
Ability to Blueprint vehicle after disassembly and communicate with technicians.
Create supplements and coordinate with insurance companies for approval to move forward with repairs.
Ability to order parts according to insurance company guidelines.
Update customers, keeping them informed throughout the repair process; discuss payment procedures and expected delivery date. Enter accurate notes in the file regarding customer communication.
Ensure estimate accuracy for final bill; verify all supplements are noted.
Deliver vehicle to the customer; review repairs, paperwork and ensure all payments are collected.
