We are looking for an installer to join our team at The Stereo Store!, Albany. The position is for full time, but we are willing to negotiate 3-4 days.
We require 3 years of professional experience from another company. With reference.
We pay a base hourly wage starting at $20hr and depending on experience can be negotiated. We pay commission between 40-45% of the labor sold. If your commission is higher than the hourly rate, we will pay the higher of the two, not both, All our techs make more on commission.
A full time employee who works 5 days a week will get most of their health insurance payed, employee is responsible for a small percentage.
Vacation accrues after 1st year and up to 3 weeks after 7 years. We offer dental, but paid by the employee. Sick pay is 5 days a year for a full time employee, that starts to be accrued after 90 days and follows Oregon sick pay law.
We have an amazing shop and a newly remodeled store. Our hours are 9-5, Monday through Saturday, closed Sunday.
