Simply Blissed is an upscale, well-established day spa located in Salem, Oregon. Currently, we are searching for a seasoned full-time Spa Coordinator.
Because consistent, extraordinary guest care is our goal 100% of every day, we need sharp minds and compassionate souls who care for guests while supporting our talented licensed spa service providers.
The successful candidate must:
Have experience in scheduling, sales, customer service, cashiering, and daily business operations
Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate a proven ability to work collaboratively in person, over the telephone, or via Internet chat/text
Show a well-developed and proactive approach to problem-solving
Be a team player and able to adapt to quickly changing priorities within the workday
Be reliable with excellent attendance
Work Schedule Details
Tuesday - Friday 12:30pm - 7:30pm, Saturdays 9am - 5:30pm
Availability to cover extra shifts that arise due to co-worker vacations, illness or busy seasons is a requirement. Shifts are between the hours of 9 am and 7:30 pm Mondays through Saturdays (we close at 5PM Saturdays and are CLOSED SUNDAYS). Most shifts are 6-8 hours in length.
Job Summary:
Primary daily duties include but are not limited to:
· Creating an exquisite guest experience to retain loyal and returning customers
· Working directly with guests and service providers booking accurate appointments, collecting detailed booking information and selling retail products
· Maintaining a clean/orderly spa (laundry, products stocked, cleaning/dusting etc.)
· Provide administrative support to management and practitioners as requested. This includes keeping intake forms printed and available, all logs updated and accessible, and auditing schedules daily for efficiency.
