Barber chair rental

I’m moving my business to a better location and from a 1 chair to a 2 chair shop, the shop is located at a super busy intersection on Main Street in downtown Independence, it’s a highly visible location and lots of walk/drive traffic, I’m asking 450 a month chair rent and that will be on a month to month basis, lease is a possibility but after a probationary period.
