About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Telephone Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our business forward. In this role, you’ll connect with potential customers, introduce our products, and convert leads into sales. You’ll earn a competitive base rate and have the opportunity to significantly increase your income through commissions.
What We Offer:
Hourly Pay: $15 per hour
Commission: 5% on all sales
Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5
Recurring Revenue: Most customers reorder monthly so you can stack your commissions by incrementally growing your customer base.
Requirements:
Proven Experience in Telephone Sales is a MUST – we’re looking for someone with a track record of success in phone sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and close sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Basic computer skills to manage leads and track sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products.
Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
