We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to meet our staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, as well as a proven track record in recruiting and talent acquisition, as well as proficient computer skills
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a pipeline for future opportunities.
Pay: $17.00/hr to start - or more DOE
Hours: recruiters will start at on a part time basis and work into full time
Must be able to foster a positive work attitude and be a team player! Also must have reliable transportation to and from work to promote punctuality and good attendance.
