Dabler Auto Body is hiring a Parts Manager to join our team. Job description is and not limited to:
- 5 star Customer Service to all Dabler customers on the phone and in person, throughout the entire repair process
- Ordering parts from vendors
- Invoicing in CCCONE estimating system, organizing invoices in files
- Returning and managing parts receiving
- Working with Insurance companies and parts compliance
- Use of parts matching in OPS tracks software
- Updating parts pricing in CCC
- Operating CCCONE Estimating system
- Communicating with Production manager, Estimators and other staff
- Mirror matching parts, handing parts out to technicians
- Documenting damaged parts for returns and vendor credits (photos)
- Emailing vendors daily
Full-Time position
Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Valid Oregon Drivers License in required
Pay is TBD based on experience
2 years experience Operating CCCONE Estimating system REQUIRED.
