Dable Auto Body is looking for a customer service representative to add to our team!
Must be able to work full time (8-5) consistently, learn computer programs and type well, clean driving record with a valid Oregon drivers licence. 2 years of accounts payable experience required.
Job description is and not limited to:
Answer phones
Greet customers and vendors
Assist with customer information input
Assist customers with rental reservations
Assist estimators with customer service calls and customer updates
Email insurance companies and customers
Take payments and check customers out
Receipt payments
Reconciling invoices and making payments
Maintain front lobby cleanliness
Other duties as needed
Bi-lingual is a BONUS!
Knowledge of Auto Insurance is a BONUS!
