Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online
Perform routine accounting tasks in compliance with GAAP standards
Prepare financial reports and summaries
Utilize MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
Create and edit documents in MS Word
Provide administrative support to executive staff as needed
Ensure the highest level of organizational efficiency
Required Skills:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Solid accounting knowledge and familiarity with GAAP
Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word
Excellent computer skills
Highly organized with great attention to detail
