The Robblee Insurance Agency is looking for one awesome person to work full time in our Salem insurance agency. This job starts immediately.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing with the ability to communicate difficult information with a smile. He or she will do whatever is possible to help the customer and have a knack for letting the customer know just that. We would prefer a person that possesses a valid Oregon Insurance License, but we're willing to train the right candidate and help them acquire their license. You MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English to obtain this position.
This is a salaried position and the hours are currently 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, during training. After 90 day probationary period (and, if applicable, the acquisition of an Oregon insurance license), the hours will decrease to 8am to 5pm, Monday through Thursday, or 8am to 5pm Tuesday through Friday. YOUR SALARIED COMPENSATION WILL REMAIN THE SAME. There may be very occasional work required outside those hours. Paid Time Off, and Holiday pay after 90 days employment. Salary rate is dependent upon experience.
