Shift/ Hours:
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
50-55 hours/week
Pay Rate: $17.60 – $18.60 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
Operate sit-down propane and diesel forklifts in outdoor conditions
Load and unload materials onto vans, trailers, and flatbeds using forklifts
Set up and calibrate machinery for mulch, soil, and case goods production
Perform routine machine operations and minor troubleshooting
Assist in loading and unloading products onto the production line for packaging
Fill bags with soil, dirt, or mulch, ensuring proper sealing and preparation for shipment
Shrink-wrap and organize bags for distribution and transport
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper materials are available for production
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including equipment and machinery
Follow all safety protocols while operating forklifts, machinery, and working on the production floor
Requirements:
Forklift Operators: 1-2 years of experience (recertification available)
Machine Operators: Experience with machinery in a manufacturing or production setting preferred
Production Line Workers: Experience with heavy general labor, production, or manufacturing preferred
Ability to work in fluctuating weather conditions (hot, cold, dirt, and mud)
Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds
Ability to work overtime and Saturdays when required
