Candidates must:
Minimum of 1-2 years of automotive or equipment paint experience.
Be able to lift at least 50lbs, bend frequently, and stand for most of the day.
Set up and operate painting equipment: air assisted airless, conventional, and brush.
Be able to assist in other departments when needed.
Ability to work independently as well as under direction from other team members.
Reliable, (able to attend work regularly as scheduled).
Have attention to detail.
Be able to paint steel products with minimal to no runs.
Ability to read and comprehend shop instructions at a satisfactory level.
Duties
Prep and paint newly manufactured equipment.
Help assemble equipment.
Accept on the job training in other areas to further your skill set and earn more pay.
Perform simple quality control inspections on fabricated equipment.
