PMI Truck Bodies, Inc is a leading truck body upfitter that has been steadily growing and is seeking full time installers. We are looking for self-motivated, constructive individuals seeking employment in a mechanics environment with a growing stable company that's been in business for 30 years.
We build a wide range of products from simple flatbeds, to dump bodies, through full mechanics trucks with on board air, hydraulic and electrical systems. There is no lack of skills that can be learned and potential growth within our organization. Experience is a plus!
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift small items and work in tight spaces
- Mechanically inclined
- Understanding of vehicles and their basic systems
- Use of hand and power tools: Wrenches, air tools, grinders, drill press, band saw,.
- Basic 12v wiring
Skills Preferred:
- Forklift certified
- Hydraulic systems experience
- Air systems experience
- Welding experience: MIG & TIG
- Basic 120v wiring
