Bear Electric is looking for a FT Warehouse Assistant to join our team. Normal schedule M-F 7 am to 3:30 pm
Responsibilities include:
> Loading and unloading pallets on and off trucks.
> Accepting or arranging shipping and receiving from UPS, Fed-Ex, Amazon, and courier services.
> Unloading incoming deliveries and verify that it is the correct product, count and inspect for condition, reporting all discrepancies. Confirm that correct documentation is included with each load.
> Stocking warehouse inventory on shelves and racks.
> Process parts return and restock to proper location
> Assisting colleagues with loading and stocking inventory on company trucks
> Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse and facility
> Perform inventory counts as directed
> Maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance
>Work overtime as needed and within labor law guidelines
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Consistent work history with a strong work ethic. Must be reliable in attendance and job performance. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be comfortable doing manual labor. Driver’s license and the ability to be insured on a commercial policy a must. Forklift and pallet jack experience a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Basic understanding of computers, tablets and MS office.
