All-Star Labor and Staffing is Hiring for a local Company in Salem that is looking for Production Associates. These positions are in a production/ warehouse environment. All the positions are temp-to hire positions.
The pay and work schedules:
$13.08 - $13.48 an hour depending on shift. Day shift and swing shift available. Monday -Friday
day shift: 6:45am – 3:15pm,
swing shift: 2:45pm-11:15am
Job duties:
Monitor and improve production processes for manufacturing companies. In this role, they assess the effectiveness of existing process systems, maintain process equipment, detect material and machine defects, assess overall production quality, and compile process reports.
Feed raw materials into production machinery
Assemble goods on production lines
Monitor the production process
Carry out basic quality and testing checks
Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders
Pack goods to be shipped
Maintain work areas and equipment
