We are looking to hire a Forklift Driver immediately.

Schedule: Day shift 7am-3:30pm. Monday-Friday
(Occasional overtime available/required)
Pay: $18+ per hour to start

Skills and Responsibilities:
Maneuvering forklift & slabs safely in a busy environment.
Assist with general shipping and receiving duties; Unloading slabs & checking to make sure slabs are the correct size and without damage. Also unloading pallets from supplier trucks checking to make sure that all items are accounted for & nothing is damaged.
Keep granite yard clean and organized and safe by making sure that remnants and deliveries are put in the correct location, making sure that everything is stored in a neat and safe manor.
Keep granite yard clean by picking up trash and occasional weeding.
When you call the office the Password is Banana.
Assist with production and cleanup as necessary.
Occasionally assist with installs- loading and unloading trucks both at the shop and on the job site.
Assist shop & fabricators measuring and cutting backsplash with a circular saw.
Minimum Requirements:
Drivers license and a good driving record are not optional.
Must be a self starter & have strong a strong work ethic.
Must be able to work in and enjoy a team environment.
Must have strong attention to detail.
Must be able to listen and follow directions.
One year or more of recent, verifiable forklift experience.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Must be Safety focused.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
