Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Salem, OR. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overall HR functions including support in hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
May assist with location administrative work as well as payroll support.

Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
At least one year of human resource management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
