Willamette Sky Counseling is seeking both associate and licensed mental health therapists (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) who reside in Oregon. The position is hybrid and located in Salem.

COMPENSATION: We offer a market competitive rate with the opportunity to earn 70K-125K, Medical, Dental, Paid Time Off, and Retirement. We offer peer consultation, paid supervision, paid CEU workshops, staff events, book clubs, and more.
We provide all associate and licensed mental health therapists with office administration including credentialing, intake scheduling, insurance and claims billings, marketing, and professional consultation. As a WSky therapist, you have flexibility to create your own schedule, the option to work in a beautifully designed office space, or remotely, with the added benefit of a team of knowledgeable and experienced colleagues and administrative staff current with all insurance and legal requirements in the state of OR.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Willamette Sky Counseling has openings for a licensed mental health therapists and associate mental health therapists. We are looking for a part time (15+ hours weekly) or full time (20+ hours weekly) clinicians. Job is in person and remote telehealth.
Our group practice is focused on increasing access to mental health services throughout Oregon. Our collaborative and experienced clinical team offers both in-person and telehealth therapy services to our community.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Therapists must possess valid State of Oregon License.
-Associates must possess or be able to acquire a Registered Associate number in the State of Oregon.
-Be able to pass a background check.
-A willingness to research, share information and contribute in a team setting.
-A passion and excitement for helping others, acceptance and empathy for all persons, awareness of your own struggles,
patience and knowing how to listen and establish trust, and respectful communication.
