Requirements and Responsibilities:
State Background Check Required.
Reliable Transportation for AM and PM shifts.
Full and Part time hours available.
As a PSW you will be working with an adult with physical and/or intellectual disabilities to promote community integration and normalization with dignity and respect.
Bend, Lift and Carry at least 50 pounds of weight without assistance when performing household duties, shopping or assisting clients.
Lift and /or transfer physically challenged individuals who require assistance.
Document all activity relative to the daily activities.
Assist with medication management.
Be readily available for shift work.
