We are looking for a DSP, to work in a fun, and energetic foster home. We need someone who can cook, and light clean as well. We work with teenagers who are disabled and behavioral. Looking for someone who is calm, patient, compassionate, and firm. We want someone who will love these teens as much as we do. We want someone who will see the person and not just the disability. We need someone who is dedicated, trustworthy, and full of integrity. We need someone who is not enabling the youth in our home to not grow, but willing to help teach them to reach higher to their potential in life.
The pay is DOE and based on the client's support given to the providers. We need someone all hours and on call as well.
Preferred OIS certification, and CPR trained but (we can get all of that after your hired) We also will be doing a criminal background, and mandatory abuse training.
