Full time (4 days per week) dental assistant position with full benefits package for our well established family dental practice near downtown Salem,Oregon. Monday through Thursday 7am to 4pm with an hour lunch. We are seeking an independently motivated but team oriented employee that enjoys providing high quality care for our patients. CDA/RDA is preferred. Benefits include Health insurance, 401k/profit sharing, Sick/Paid time off, uniform allowance, employee discount, continuing education allowance. We utilize digital radiography and charting but do not have an online presence or website as we are fortunate enough to take very few new patients.
Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow
Prepare and sterilize instruments and dental equipment following aseptic techniques.
Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Take dental X-rays and assist with medical imaging as required.
Educate patients on post-treatment care.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote patient safety and comfort.
