Job Type: Full-time, part-time
Shift: Live-in caregiver: 2-4 days (24-hour shift)
Resident manager: Live onsite, 2 days off per week.
Job Duties Include (Not limited to):
Light housekeeping
Assisting with personal care
Meal prep
Accurately dispense medication.
Help residents prepare for appointments.
Interact with care team members.
Arrange transportation to appointments.
Looking for a caregiver or resident manager, that’s patient and can work independently. Should have a heart for caring for residents. Should have at least six months experience, will help residents with daily living activities such as vacuuming, dishes, laundry, and dusting in a home setting. Candidate while working, will remain at the AFH, unless relieved by another staff person.

Required Qualifications:
Pass a criminal background check
Be 21 years or older
Pass Oregon Mental Health caregiver test.
Will need to have current CPR / First Aid Certification
Be able to read, write, and speak English.
