Hawaiian Time is a growing chain of Quick Casual restaurants serving Authentic Hawaiian Plate Lunch. Our goal is to provide consistent, industry leading, quality of product and customer service. You will be expected to maintain the highest standards when it comes to representing our brand and maintaining the quality and consistency of our product and our customer service.
Typical activities of a Shift Lead will include but not be limited to:
· Ensuring all staff complies with company policy
· Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
· Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Desired candidate will be/have:
· Able to lead a crew
· Able to handle a challenging and busy environment
· Strong overall awareness of excellent customer service
· Motivated
· Organized
· A quick learner
· Strong communication skills
Requirements:
· At least 3 months of food service experience.
· ServSafe Management Certificate within 30 days of hiring (Hawaiian Time pays for the course and test).
All team members share in the tips, and everyone is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization.
