Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Beer/Cider Tender with cocktail-making experience to join our team at La Familia Cider Taproom. The ideal candidate will be passionate about craft beverages, have some knowledge of making cocktails, customer service-oriented, and eager to share our story with our customers.
Responsibilities:
Serve a variety of ciders, beers, and cider cocktails with a friendly and knowledgeable approach.
Create and serve cider cocktails, ensuring consistency and quality.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Educate customers about our ciders, including tasting notes, the brewing process, and cocktail pairings.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Assist with inventory management and restocking.
Promote a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the taproom.
Comply with all local and state regulations regarding alcohol service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a bar, taproom, or similar environment is preferred.
Knowledge of craft cider, beer, and cocktail making.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be 21 years or older and have OLLC server permit.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
