You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting processes and procedures to ensure that they are repeatable, scalable, and aligned to the Technology Operations Office capabilities and vision.This role a critical member of the Technology Operations Team. This team is an enabling body which supports SitusAMC technology delivery and this role’s focuses on ensuring the effective execution of technology projects and programs. This role has an emphasis on internal improvement investments and operations in direct support of the CTO’s top priorities. This is a new area of emphasis within SitusAMC and as such will require strong skills in both the design of processes and standards as well as influencing the adoption and buy-in across the business and technology organizations in SitusAMC.Essential Job Functions:

Processes and Procedures: Develop and maintain technology operations processes and procedures. Maintain the Technology Operations documentation in SharePoint and provide guidance to teams to ensure adherence to these procedures.

Change Management: Identify and track project changes and communicate to stakeholders how the changes affect scope, budget and timeline.

Communication, Coordination and Reporting: Ability to Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior-level stakeholders and team members. The Program Manager will provide regular status updates, develop project reports, and facilitate project meetings to ensure everyone is informed and aligned. Assist with coordination of regular management-level and Board-level updates.

Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Identify project outcomes, timelines, and resource requirements, and ensure project teams are aligned to project objectives.

Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on project financials. Work with project teams to identify and manage project cost drivers and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, including dependencies, impediments and other potential issues, developing mitigation strategies, and executing risk management plans to minimize project risks.

Team Management: Lead project teams, including coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members to ensure they are engaged and aligned with project objectives. Provide direction and support to team members and ensure team members are meeting project deadlines and deliverables.

Key Outcomes:

Status of internal Technology projects is regularly maintained and available to be reported to CTO within two business days

Project status information accuracy is sufficient to use it to make time, cost, scope decisions about key projects

New projects and initiatives integrated into internal reporting within 2 weeks of startup, including project setup in KeyedIn, Azure DevOps and other systems of record

Key projects and initiatives consistently comply with standards for collaboration, reporting, and frequent delivery of working tested product

Key projects and initiatives consistently meet organizational standards for operations acceptance of products into production and post-production support

Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Decision Sciences, Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology project management.

PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, risk management, and team management.

Experience with one or more business measurement frameworks such as the Balanced Scorecard or Objectives and Key Results, and their use in establishing and delivering results that meet or exceed performance targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.

Experience with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.

Familiarity with business architecture, business capability modeling, performance management of business capabilities, and business case development for business capability investment decision making.

Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation, particularly in ways which impact delivery progression against business commitments.

Experience with analytics tools and technologies used to create dashboards, including Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint, and Azure DevOps.

Special Requirements:

The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
