Job Title: Machine OperatorJob DescriptionThe primary purpose of this job is to operate and monitor machines routinely used in the production of the organization’s product. Responsibilities include operating machinery with close supervision, involvement in the basic set-up and/or calibration of equipment, loading component materials into product-specific tools, performing finishing operations, reading and following operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures, visually and dimensionally inspecting parts to assure conformance to requirements, following established documentation for product manufacturing, and cleaning and maintaining machinery as necessary.
