Description Are you a dynamic HR professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a HR consultant to join our team in Salem, NH. This role is critical in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. This is a 2-month contract role. Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolving workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner.
Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition into the organization.
Training & Development: Coordinate and deliver employee training programs to enhance skills and support career growth.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Policy Implementation: Maintain and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Performance Management: Support managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance-related matters.
Recordkeeping: Maintain employee files and HR systems with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, training, and benefits administration.
Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
