As the Filling Lead, you will oversee the filling operations, ensuring smooth production and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, monitoring equipment performance, conducting quality checks, and overseeing shift activities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in filling operations and demonstrated leadership skills. Join us and be a key part of our production team! This position has a base salary range of $23.00/hr. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.What You’ll Be Doing

Operate various packaging machinery and ensure smooth production

Coordinate with supervisors to meet production schedules

Ensure product quality by conducting pre-line startup checks

Monitor and ensure adherence to break schedules for line personnel

Stage raw materials for packaging operations

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance

Conduct equipment changeovers and startup/shutdown procedures

Perform quality checks and record equipment downtime

Clean and maintain equipment and work area

Participate in safety meetings and follow safety protocols

Address safety violations and maintain professional communication

Adhere to company policies and maintain tool inventory

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required

2-3 years of experience as a Machine/Filler Operator in packaging

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control preferred

Proficiency in verbal and written English communication

Basic mathematics skills required

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Capacity to stand for long periods

Capability to lift, twist, and carry up to 50 lbs.

Adaptability to work in various temperature environments

Willingness to wear protective equipment such as a full-face respirator

Compliance with Health and Safety and GMP regulations
