Enrollment ProcessorJob DescriptionManages small to medium employer groups and individual accounts (member eligibility, enrollment, system configuration, premium billing and payment reconciliation). Provides customer service for member eligibility, premium billing, payments reconciliation, and state and federal regulations. Researches, investigates, and resolves member and employer issues. Takes initiative to bring up issues and concerns, makes recommendations for resolution. Collaborates with other departments/teams to address concerns or complaints.Assists with developing procedures. Develops industry knowledge, stays abreast of regulatory changes and requirements.Hard Skills

Experience working in a customer service environment

Experience in a Health Insurance setting

Successful completion of a Providence internship

Soft Skills

Bilingual English/Spanish (Highly preferred)

Job TypeThis is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work EnvironmentWill be working remote - local is preferred. Hours are flexible but need to include work hours from 10am-3pm (e.g., 9am-6pm or 7am-4pm).
