Customer Service RepResponsibilities:
Answer calls from providers and assist with claim status and updates
Investigate claim status through online systems
Assist with coverage and claims related questions.
Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products.
Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution.
Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner
Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned
Advocate for the customer: explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understood
Requirements:
Call center experience and understanding metrics/expectations
Ability to do research and light analysis - why was the claim denied or only partially paid?
Must have excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
Understand how to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently
