Incredible opportunity to work for a family-owned business and ability to build your own team! This position reports to the Business Development Manager.
A day in the life:
Review and analyze designs, mechanical drawings, building plans, and specifications to develop scope of work.
Work with the Design Team to determine constructability as applicable.
Prepare specifications that correspond with scope of work.
Coordinate with Purchasing to obtain pricing for materials and bids for Subcontractors.
Collaborate with Codes Specialists to ensure compliance with applicable state codes.
Create cost estimates utilizing estimating software.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise:
5-10 years of commercial construction experience
Working knowledge of applicable codes and/or rules for each trade discipline.
Experience in Revit and Sage software preferred
Excellent time management and organization skills
Strong math skills

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 annually
