Position: HVAC Dispatcher
Location: Salem, OR
Pay: $25 DOE
Schedule: M-F 8 am-5 pm

What You’ll Do:
As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in coordinating and dispatching HVAC technicians to service calls. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely responses to customer needs. You will act as a crucial link between our clients and our skilled HVAC team.

What You Need to Have:
The Musts:
Proven experience in dispatching or a related field (1-2 years of experience).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with technicians and customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in relevant software for scheduling and dispatching.
Preferred:
Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology.
Previous experience in the HVAC industry.
