Position Overview:
We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to assist our customers with their inquiries, product questions, and order-related issues. As a key member of our customer support team, you will help ensure that every interaction with PNW Veg Co. is smooth, positive, and efficient. Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate information to customers via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and empathy
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Track and update order status, ensuring customers are informed of any delays or changes
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of PNW Veg Co.'s products, services, and policies
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, sales, and inventory) to resolve customer issues
Assist with customer feedback and report insights to help improve company services
Support the company’s sustainability goals by promoting eco-friendly practices to customers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
1+ years of customer service experience (remote experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience, tact, and professionalism
Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking skills
Proficiency with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with e-commerce and order management systems is a plus
Passion for sustainability and interest in the agriculture industry is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the food or agriculture sector
Bilingual (Spanish, French, etc.)
