Resident Camp Manager needed: I have been renting camping space to long term tenants for 9 years, and intend to open to short term tourist camping this year (hopefully before the harvest festivals). I currently trade in time (one hour labor for one day stay on average, double time for skilled labor, tripple time for professional services, etcetera), and am moving to a cooperative business model (workers are the owners), where the long term campers are staff.
Must be experienced in the hospitality trade, a people person that can assign tasks and keep this camp together and running smoothly, favoring artists, musicians, craftspeople, and inter-personal trade between members.
