We primarily build new apartment complexes and commercial buildings in Oregon and Washington. We have a number of really exciting projects breaking ground this year and next year. The basic function of the Superintendent is to coordinate and manage to completion usually 1 project at a time while maintaining the company’s commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.
This job pays $80,000 - $120,000 DOE.

Schedule and complete any special projects assigned by management
Maintain, update and prioritize schedule as needed
Duties
Maintain and update daily logs
Hold weekly sub meetings
Create look ahead schedules
Generate and submit RFI’s
Daily photos of job site
Supervise job site employees
File and post documents on company database
Coordinate building and special inspections
Review and ensure code compliance
Punch list walk through
Adhere to the codes of the company’s Employee Manual
