Looking for a permanent part time maintenance person for residential rental properties in Douglas County. Elkton, Yoncalla, Roseburg and Winston.
Wide range of experience required. Ie; plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, drywall, flooring, landscape etc.
Not full time but can add up at times.
Background check required. Prefer non tobacco use.
Must have reliable transportation and tools.
Pay depends on experience. Willing to work with hard working prospects.
