We’re a small but growing construction company looking for a secretary. Experience is preferred but not necessarily if you’re a hard worker.
Must have good organizational skills, good attitude and be personable.
Must present yourself professionally.
Must be able to answer phone calls and keep and organized schedule.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must able to work part time and full time as needed. Some times of the year are busier than others.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the office and job sites.
Most of the work will be done on site or in our home office.
Duties include filing paperwork, organizing receipts, organizing emails, filing contracts, making copies, sending in payroll, answering phone calls, scheduling meeting and appointments, etc.
Also may need to drive to jobsites occasionally to drop off paperwork.
