First point of contact for MVM customers that call in, email, or arrive to discuss an order. Provide quick responses to all inquiries and potential customers via returning emails and phone calls.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm
Essential Job Duties:
' Provide quick response to customer inquiries.
' Be able to understand the scope of the customers' needs from conversation, drawings, etc.
' Utilize the company ERP system 'Job Boss' to maintain accurate and reliable documents, orders, etc.
' Use personal judgement and decision-making process.
' Perform job duties with limited supervision.
' Communicate with shop personnel to achieve customer satisfaction.
' Double check orders for accuracy, drawings, costs of materials, etc.
' Write, enter, and maintain orders, purchase orders etc., in ERP system.
' Cross train in other departments
' Answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate person
Qualifications and Experience:
' Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
' Experience with data entry software preferred but not necessary
' Use of basic office equipment

' Accept constructive criticism
' Lifting of up to 35 lbs on occasion
