Position Summary:
The Administration position is responsible for performing administrative duties related to store accounting and operations, assisting customer paperwork and billing, providing excellent customer service, and completing work according to Company Policies and Procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greeting customers & answering telephones; discussing customer needs and answering questions; and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary. Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures; assists in the administration of our credit program; assists with store inventory. Provides excellent customer service; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
Experience:
Bookkeeping and customer service experience preferred.
Experience with Word, Excel & Google Docs required.
Requirements:
35 - 40 hours per week
Scheduled hours & days will be between the hours of 7am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday. Day off rotates from week-to-week.
Drug screen and background check (LYTC is a zero tolerance workplace)
Pay & Benefits:
$18 hr DOE

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
