RDI Seeking a Bilingual Facilitator/Trainer

Rural Development Initiatives (RDI) is seeking a bilingual, bicultural Trainer-Facilitator to support our growing suite of Spanish services as part of our work to build more resilient, equitable and thriving rural economies. The location of this remote position is somewhat flexible within Oregon, Idaho, and Washington. This position typically works out of a home office. RDI’s Spanish services include Pasos al Éxito (Steps to Success), a Spanish-language program that provides rural Latinos with the training, tools, coaching, and connection to resources needed for the development of small, locally owned businesses. This position has a range of hands-on responsibilities that include the delivery of programs, coordinating program logistics, conducting community outreach, building and maintaining community relationships, and acting as a primary community contact.
