Establishe law firm in Roseburg, Oregon is seeking an Associate Attorney.
Civil litigation attorney, 2-4 years experience in Oregon State Court. Must be licensed with the Oregon State Bar and be in good standing without any pending disciplinary actions or inquiries. Must be able to appear in Court for motion practice, hearings, and trials. Experience in family law, real property, construction, business, and jury trials preferred. Experience interviewing witnesses, reading and analyzing statutes, case law, drafting pleadings, motions, memorandums, and jury instructions are required.
